Rose of Sharon - Hibicus

Hibiscus syriacus, commonly called “Rose of Sharon”, is a vigorous, upright, vase-shaped, multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub. Rose of Sharon typically grows 8-12′ tall, but may be trained as a small tree.

Sun Exposure: Full Sun

Pruning: Just a light pruning in late summer or early fall should be all that is needed

Fertilizer Requirements: Use a balanced time release fertilizer.  If using a water soluble fertilizer, use at have strength to avoid over fertilizing
